Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe:

• Deliveries of ordered goods will take 5-10 business days for city centres and outlying areas to be delivered.
• Deliveries are normally made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).
• If stock is on hand, it will be dispatched in less than 5 working days.
• Due to high demand and backlogs, delivery time may be slightly longer.
• Rare situations such as accidents or local disruptions may cause delays.
• Correct postal code and contact number is needed when adding shipping details.

Delivery Process:

• Have someone available to check and sign for the delivery for fast and efficient service.

Refund Policy

Standard Warranty:

• Notify us within 3 months after delivery/collection if you received a defective product.
• We will arrange collection of the product at no charge.
• Once we have validated your return, we will repair/replace the product or credit your account with the price of the product.
• Refunds will be handled within 16-18 working days.
• Suitable or original packaging is required for returning the product.

Non-Defective Products:

• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear, negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product, or failure to adequately care for the product will not be regarded as defects.

Return Policy for Change of Mind:

• 15% restocking fee in addition to any courier charges associated with the return will be applied if a customer changes their mind and decides not to keep the product.
